Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, and 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Chharra, District-Aligarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 12.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that First Information Report has been lodged on 28.10.2024 with the allegation that the first informant has seen the applicant and other accused person slaughtering the animal and taking its meat.
