This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants, Tarun and Ankit, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2025, under Sections 03, 04, 05, 07 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station- Anti Human Trafficking Unit, District- Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused-applicant are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 21.02.2025.
