The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 316 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 103(1), 351(3), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Barhaj, District Deoria during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against applicant and others and according to the FIR on 11.11.2024 at about 6.00 PM in the evening applicant and others, who were collateral of the informant made assault upon her father and due to the assault made by them, he sustained injuries and died. It is further mentioned in the FIR that in the incident two others also sustained injuries. 4.
