At the very outset, Sri Sangam Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits, due to mistake in the prayer clause of instant bail application along with other sections, Section 67(2) B.N.S. has been mentioned in place of Section 61(2) B.N.S., therefore, he may be permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause of instant bail application. 2. Learned AGA is having no objection. 3.
