Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.332 of 2024, under Section 64(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Civil Lines, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 11.3.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.46142 of 2024 and subsequently Section 64(2) B.N.S. has been added just to keep the applicant behind the bars. Learned counsel has further stated that the applicant has not misused the opportunity granted earlier on and has cooperated during trial and is ready to do so in future also. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 09.
