The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 372 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Govind Nagar, District Mathura, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR but during investigation when statement of the informant was recorded then he disclosed the name of the applicant but from his statement it reflects, he disclosed the name of the applicant on the basis of information given by two alleged eye witnesses, namely, Amit Kumar and Amit Goswami. 4. He further submitted that even from the statements of the informant and alleged eye witnesses which have been annexed alongwith the instant bail application, it reflects that role
