Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 73 of 2022, under Sections 323, 376, 506 of I.P.C. and Sections 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Sureri, District - Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
