Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.487 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Syana, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. She has altogether denied being subjected to any force by the applicant, rather she has stated that she has married the applicant although she could not produce any documents whatsoever. Learned
