Akbar Shah Alam Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.03 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 127(2) B.N.S., Police Station Ratanpuri, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about four days to the last incident and the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim about two years before the incident and had video recorded the said act. There is no recovery of any video whatsoever. Learned counsel has further stated that the victim is 18 years old, as such, is major and the applicant is 27 years old youth.
