Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.373 of 2024, under Section 65(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Phase-3, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about five days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident as the victim has refused her medical examination.
