Heard Sri Vipul Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 06.03.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.373 of 2024, under Section 65(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Phase-3, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about five days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident as the victim has refused her medical examination. It is a clear-cut case of false implication. Learned counsel has further stated that although the age of the
