This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Irfan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 14 of 2025, under Section-3/5 (1)of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station- Kotwali Maudaha, District-Hamirpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that First Information Report has been lodged by the first informant with the allegation that the applicant and other accused persons has tried to convert the religion of the first informant an
