Heard Sri Anurag Shrivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.66 of 2024, under Sections 87, 61(2), 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station Rijor, District Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant regarding missing of his 18 years old daughter since 24.07.2024 at about 1:20 p.m. The victim is stated to have taken away certain ornaments from her house. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up later on in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 B.N
