Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.138 of 2024, under Sections 70(2), 351(2) B.N.S., Section 5(Cha)/6 POCSO Act and Section 3(2)5 SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Police Station Khakhreru, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 12 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The allegations are per se false as there is no medical corroboration of the incident. Learned counsel has further stated that the victim by her looks seems to be major and as per ossification test report, her age has come out to be 16 yea
