Heard Sri Mohit Kumar Baisla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.185 of 2022, under Sections 376, 452, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Hastinapur, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is major and it is a clear-cut case of false implication as there is no recovery of any video whatsoever. Learned counsel has further stated that the victim herself had gone to the civil court and got her marriage registered with the applicant and has falsely stated that she was forced into signing the documents. 5.
