The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.73 of 2024 (S.T.No.1169 of 2024), under Sections 147,148,149, 302, 323, 324 and 120B IPC, Police Station Ghazipur, District Fatehpur during pendency of the trial. 4.
