Heard Sri Amit Kumar Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Vijendra Pal, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0291 of 2024, under Sections 64, 352, 351(3) B.N.S. and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Sheeshgarh, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no mentioning of any date and time of offence in it. There is no recovery of any video whatsoever from the applicant.
