Act, Police Station Sheeshgarh, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no mentioning of any date and time of offence in it. There is no recovery of any video whatsoever from the applicant.
