Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false, general and omnibus allegations, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with three others including co-accused Sachin and after considering the entire facts in detail, co-accused Sachin has been released on bail by this Court and his bail order has been annexed at page-103 of the paper-book and on facts case of applicant is at par with him. 4.
