Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.125 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 64 B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Jamalpur, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There are no allegations of rape in the FIR, but subsequently in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S., the allegations have altogether been denied, but in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., the allegations have been escalated to that of rape. 5.
