Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.187 of 2024, under Sections 70(1), 331(4), 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Khakhareru, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused person Sahadat Ali are stated to have committed gang-rape with the victim in the night of 28.10.2024 at about 10:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false.
