The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 579 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 3(5), 352, 109, 103(1), 351(3) BNS, Police Station Garhmukhteshwar, District Hapur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 1.11.2024 against the applicant and five others and according to the FIR on 31.10.2024 at about 7:00 pm in the evening applicant alongwith others ran over the tractor over the family members of the informant due to which three persons sustained injuries and his father died. 5.
