Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.82 of 2025, under Section 108 B.N.S., 2023 and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Bhadohi, District Bhadohi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken indecent video of the victim and posted it on Instagram, thereby making it viral and tarnishing the image of the victim, whereby she committed suicide. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about five days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The applicant has not sent the said video to anyone on his personal I.D. The allegations
