Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.21 of 2025, under Section 64 B.N.S., Police Station Didoli, District Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken indecent photographs and video of the victim and had promised to marry her and had subsequently established corporeal relationship with her. After her refusal to maintain the said relationship, he is stated to have sent the said indecent photographs and video to her erstwhile husband, thereby got the said marriage terminated. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false. There is no recovery
