The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.188 of 2020, under Sections 364,302,394, 411, 201 and 120B IPC, Police Station Khaga, District Fatehpur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation applicant has been made accused in the present case along with co-accused Neeraj Pasi and after considering entire facts in detail co-accused Neeraj Pasi has been released on bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court and his bail order has been annexed at page 50 of the paper book and on facts case of applicant is exactly at par with him. 4.
