The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 68 of 2024, under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120-B IPC, Police Station Ahar, District Bulandshahar, during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 22.05.2024 against the applicant and five others and according to the FIR, applicant along with others had taken the son of the informant in Swift Dzire four wheeler and, thereafter, accused persons committed his murder. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 5. He further submits, except the evidence that the applicant along with other co-accused persons including co-accused Sonu Kumar had taken the deceased in Swift Dzire. There is no other eviden
