The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 456 of 2024, under section 103(1), 238 of B.N.S., P.S.-Kotwali Nagar, Mahoba, District- Mahoba, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged after recovery of the dead- body of the son of the informant against unknown persons. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, nobody was named in the FIR but during investigation after three and half months applicant has been made accused in the present matter on the basis of last seen evidence. 5.
