Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 03 of 2015, U/S 366, 376 IPC, Police Station Mataundh, District Banda, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel has further stated that the victim is the consenting party. The applicant did not know that the final report (charge sheet) has been submitted against him. Admittedly, he missed the dates of the Court. The applicant is a labourer and had gone to Haryana.
