Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 22 of 2025, under Sections 123, 64(2)(M), 61(2), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and had subsequently raped her several times despite her resistance. He had even made an indecent video of her and threatened her to make it viral on social media. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence
