This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sheetala Prasad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 350 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of I.P.C. and Section 6/10 of U.P. Public Examination Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Azamgarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.02.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Rajiv Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 15.04.2024 passed in Criminal Misc.
