Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 06 of 2025, U/S 376DA, 376(2)N, 313, 120B IPC, 3/4(2), 5G/6, 5L/6, 5J(ii)/6 and 16/17 POCSO Act, 2012 and 2/5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station Chopan, District Sonbhadra, during the pendency of trial. 4. The allegations in the FIR are that the co-accused person Suraj is stated to have forcibly established corporeal relationship with the 14 year old minor daughter of the informant rendering her pregnant several times and had twice forced her to terminate her pregnancy.
