The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 161 of 2024 (Criminal Case No. 13222 of 2024), under Sections 109(1), 103(1), 352, 126(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Khampar, District Deoria during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false allegation applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with three others including co-accused Gopal Dom and after considering entire facts in detail, co-accused Gopal Dom has already been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 17.2.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 1136 of 2025 and on facts case of applicant is at par with him. 4. She further submits, applicant is not having any criminal history and in the present matter, he is in jail
