Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 129 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Baberu, District Banda, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR itself is delayed by one and a half months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is the consenting party, as is evident from her statement recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. Her consent can be drawn from the fact that she has taken away Rs. 50 thousand and certain ornaments with her. 5.
