Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.252 of 2024, under Sections 376 AB, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Section 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
