Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 270 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 342, 467, 468, 471, 420, 120-B, 323, 506 of IPC and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kasganj, District Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 17 years, on 03.02.2023 at about 10:30 PM in a bolero car.
