Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2024, U/S 366, 376(2)(n), 343 IPC, Police Station Anti Human Trafficking Unit, District Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the victim on 10.12.2023 and had tried to get the marriage registered before the Special Marriage Registrar, District Maharajganj on 30.11.2023 by filing a Case No. 1734 of 2023 but the said registration could not be completed. In the meantime, the applicant is stated to have taken the victim from her house on 10.12.2023 at about 2.30 pm to Rajasthan and kept her there for 9-10 months and established corporeal relationship with her. The applican
