Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.46 of 2019, under Sections 498A, 323, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Khair, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the FIR is delayed by about one and half years and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The applicant is the brother-in-law (Jeth) of the victim and it is a classic case of misuse of dowry laws. Learned counsel has further stated that there is no medical corroboration of the incident.
