Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.317 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 74, 333, 352 B.N.S., Police Station Mau, District Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim and torn her clothes on 13.11.2024 at about 3:00 p.m. when her father had gone out to graze goats. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
