Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0356 of 2024, under Sections 64, 87, 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 127, 316 B.N.S., Police Station Kubersthan, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is evident from the fact that she was returning from Gujarat and from Delhi, the applicant had enticed her away to Gopalganj, Bihar and married her.
