Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 27.02.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.285 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Tundla, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She by her looks seems to be major, although her age has come out to be 17 years as per medical report. Several other submissions have been made on behalf of the applicant to demonstrate the falsi
