The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 0158 of 2024, under Sections 140(1), 3(5), 103 B.N.S., Police Station Ranipur, District Mau during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that nobody was named in the FIR but during investigation on the basis of suspicion, applicants have been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Mithun Sonkar and Amar Sonkar. 4. He further submitted after considering the entire facts of the case co-accused Mithun Sonkar and Amar Sonkar have been released on bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 13.12.2024 and 04.02.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
