Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 425 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 64(1), 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Chatari, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant regarding his missing daughter since 20.11.2024 at about 4.00 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. He is not nominated in the FIR. His name has come up in the statement of the victim recorded u/s 180
