Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 394 of 2024, U/S 3(2) (V) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Fafund, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel has further stated that the applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 6.3.2025 but subsequent to it, Sections 3(2)(V) of S.C./S.T. Act have been added.
