Heard Sri Abhishek Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Brijesh Kumar Gautam, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri R.M. Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 92 of 2023, U/S 376, 317, 506 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Deoband, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
