Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 92 of 2023, U/S 376, 317, 506 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Deoband, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel has further stated that the informant and the victim have been examined as P.W. 1 and P.W. 2 respectively, in court and have not supported the prosecution story.
