The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.307 of 2024, Section 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, Police Station Ali Nagar, District Chandauli. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an FIR lodged against six persons by the Inspector In-charge of Police Station Ali Nagar stating that two motorcycles were intercepted by a police party on which the other five co-accused persons were riding. A large number of sim cards and some money was recovered from them and they stated that they were involved in making unauthorized withdrawals from bank accounts numerous persons by misusing those sim cards.
