The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 307 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Ganjdundwara, District Kasganj, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 19.10.2024 against the applicant and two others and according to the FIR, on 17.10.2024, applicant alongwith two others committed the murder of father of the informant by inflicting knife injuries to him. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that admittedly informant of the case was not an eye witness and from the record it reflects that one Bhura was the eye witness and from his statement which has been annexed at page 56 of the paper book it reflects that only role of
