Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2025, U/S 308(2), 127(2), 64(2)M and 316(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Izzat Nagar, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel has further stated that the victim is aged about 26 years and is the consenting party, as is evident from the fact that she had gone to several places with the applicant and had not raised any alarm, whatsoever.
