The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 204 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 103(1), 238 BNS, Police Station Ghazipur, District Fatehpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against the applicant and two others on the basis of suspicion with regard to the murder of the daughter of the informant aged about 17 years. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR but it reflects that on the basis of suspicion, he has been made accused in the present matter. 5.
