Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 630 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 118(2), 316(2), 351(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Loni Border, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party, as is evident from her statement recorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S. Initially, the FIR was instituted with the added provisions of POCSO Act but subsequently, on account of the age of majority of the victim, the said sections have been deleted. 5.
