Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 99 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) of IPC and Section 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station - Karari, District - Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant in collusion with co- accused person on 29.04.2024 at about 06:00 PM. 5.
