Act, 1985, 109 and 318 (4) of B.N.s. 2023 and 3/25/27 of the Arms Act 1959, Police Station-Govardhan, District-Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 18.01.2025.
