Heard Sri Ram Raj Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 690 of 2024, U/S 74, 76, 64(1), 351 B.N.S., Police Station Surajpur, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. It is next stated that even the FIR was lodged at the police station at Delhi after a delay of 22 days. The FIR was instituted subsequently and transferred to Gautam Buddh Nagar after a delay of about 4 months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel has fur
